Eligibility Criteria
For applying for SIDBI Assistant Manager 2025, candidates must meet the given eligibility criteria:
- Age Limit:
21 to 30 years, with relaxation for certain categories (For Grade A). Refer to official notification for more details.

- Educational Qualification:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a Commerce/ Economics/Mathematics/ Graduation in Commerce/ Business Administration/ Engineering/ CA/ CS/ MBA with minimum 60% marks (50% for SC/ST/PwBD applicants).

Stage 1:
- English Language
Reading comprehension, cloze test, para jumbles, sentence improvement, fill in the blanks, error detection, sentence connectors, vocabulary (synonyms and antonyms), idioms and phrases, paragraph completion.
- Reasoning Ability
Seating arrangement, puzzles, syllogisms, blood relations, direction sense, coding-decoding, inequalities, input-output, data sufficiency, logical reasoning, statement-conclusion, statement-assumption, cause and effect, decision making.
- Quantitative Aptitude
Simplification, number series, quadratic equations, data interpretation, time and work, time, speed and distance, simple and compound interest, percentages, profit and loss, averages, ratio and proportion, mixtures and allegations, probability, permutations and combinations.
- General Awareness
Current affairs, banking awareness, MSME sector developments, union budget, economic policies, government schemes, international financial organizations, and RBI-related news.
- Computer Knowledge
Basics of computer hardware and software, MS Office, internet and email usage, networking basics, computer security, and cyber ethics.
- MSMEs:
Policy, Regulatory and Legal, Framework; Finance and Management.

Stage 2:
Paper 1: Common
English Language: Essay, Précis writing, Comprehension and Business/Office Correspondence.
Paper 2 : Stream Specific (For General Stream)
MSMEs: Policy, Regulatory and Legal Framework; Finance and Management (with focus on MSME), MSME financing (Due Diligence/ KYC, Financial ratios, Assessment of Term Loan / Working Capital, Documentary credit etc.), NPA and recovery including IRAC norms, NBFC Financing, Credit risk assessment etc.
